A capsule shaped white pill with the imprint BP 643 on the front, and 10 on the back of it is 300mg/10mg of Acetaminophen and hydrocodone bitartrate (made by Boca Pharmacal).

Acetaminophen and hydrocodone bitartrate is a narcotic analgesic combination that is used to treat cough, pain, back pain, and rheumatoid arthritis. Abuse of this drug may lead to psychological or physical dependence.

This prescription-only medication may pose a risk to an unborn fetus, and should be used only under a doctor's supervision.

In the past month, Qualtest issued a voluntary recall of 101 lots of Acetaminophen and hydrocodone bitartrate tablets, and followed that up with a recall of 3 more lots of the drug.
