What song is used on the pilot commercial for a&e's new show longmire?

The A&E promo for “Longmire” that is getting the most internet chatter is the one featuring the song “Beat the Devil’s Tattoo” by Black Rebel Motorcycle Club. The series premiere is Sunday, June 3rd.

The series is based on a collection of mystery novels written by Craig Johnson. The novels, and the television show, follow Absaroka County, Wyoming sheriff Walt Longmire. Robert Taylor plays the lead role. The Australian actor is most known to American audiences as Agent Jones from the first movie of The Matrix trilogy.

Black Rebel Motorcycle Club is comprised of Peter Hayes, Robert Levon Been and Leah Shapiro. The band has been together for over a decade, but has recently altered its lineup by bringing in Leah Shapiro to replace longtime drummer Nick Jago. Their songs have been used on television shows like “Sons of Anarchy,” “The Vampire Diaries” and “90210.”
