Is theme song 4 new Hist Ch. Hatfields(WV) & McCoys(KY), by White Stripes or other Jack White collaboration? Or ?. Gotta know.

The vocals in the theme song for the History Channel's 2012 show Hatfields & McCoys sounds a lot like those of Jack White, and the music even has a White Stripes type of feel to it, however the artists performing Bartholomew are actually The Silent Comedy.

The Silent Comedy was formed in 2006 by brothers Jeremiah and Joshua Zimmerman. They started out as a loose collection of musicians, but soon solidified into a solid quintet.

The group recorded their eponymous debut studio EP in 2008, and followed that up with a self produced LP in 2010 titled Common Faults.

The Hatfields & McCoys series is set to premiere on Memorial Day, Monday, May 28, 2012 on the History Channel.
