Has coach k been ejected from a game while coaching duke and when did it happen last?

It seems that Mike 'Coach K' Krzyzewski has never been ejected from a game while coaching Duke as there is no indication found of him being ejected.

Duke head coach Mike Krzyzewski has reached just about every coaching milestone there is, he recently won his 900th game at Duke and became the second coach in NCAA Division I history to record 900 wins at one school, joining Syracuse’s Jim Boeheim who has racked up all 937 of his wins with the Orange.
