Is rob dyrdek's hotel in las vegas open yet

According to one of his interviews, Dyrdek said he's part owner of a hotel which "almost" led him to developing a hotel in Las Vegas. It seems that Rob's plan of developing his own hotel in Las Vegas didn't materialize.

In the first season episode of Rob Dyrdek's Fantasy Factory entitled Hotel, Motel... Robbie's Inn, Rob was offered the opportunity to redevelop and add his name to his very own Las Vegas Motel. Thrilled by the prospect of becoming a motelier, Dyrdek brought the Drama and Corpo to Vegas with him, to take a look at his new potential business venture.

Apparently, Liko Smith, who was featured on that particular episode and tried to convince Rob to invest in a Las Vegas hotel didn't deny that he owed money to the government. In September 2008, he was arrested by the Las Vegas Metropolitian Police on suspicion of tax evasion filed by the El Dorado County District Attorney’s office.
