What was mead's island?

The Spratly Islands in the South China Sea is an archipelago of nearly uninhabited—and uninhabitable—dots of land. Oddly enough, half a dozen countries claim ownership of these isolated areas. The micronation of Morac-Songhrati-Meads makes up one collection of these islands. The largest of these islands, Meads Island, is home to the capital city Southwark.
