What happened to the guy who stabbed Ron shirley from the show lizard lick towing?

TruTV began airing a series titled All Worked Up in 2009. In 2010 it was announced that the network was renewing All Worked Up as well as starting a spinoff series based on the happenings at Lizard Lick Towing & Recovery called Lizard Lick Towing.

Although members of the cast, such as Ron Shirley, deny the show is fake, many viewers have recognized the events on the show to be very farfetched. An episode involving Ron Shirley being stabbed seems to be another example of this. There is no evidence of the event ever really occurring or of the stabber being anything but an actor. Most repos on the show involve violent confrontations and no law enforcement.
