If your parents haven't told you how do you know if you have a trust fund
Not Legal Advice: There is actually no way to find out if you have a Trust Fund without either being told about it, or actually inheriting it.
When someone such as your parents creates a Trust Fund, there is no obligation on their part to make the information public.
Also, as long as they wish it to remain confidential, the lawyer that helped set up the Trust Fund is legally obligated to remain silent on the issue. Any lawyer that violated their client's confidence could be subject to disciplinary action, or even disbarment.
