Has WBZ weather forecaster Todd Gutner been fired??? I heard that he is being replaced as an on air personality.

Sources suggest that the WBZ evening meteorologist will just shift to mornings, replacing Melissa Mack, who left WBZ earlier this year.

The new evening meteorologist will be Eric Fisher, who joined WBZ on August 19. He will handle the weather forecasts on the 5, 6 and 11 p.m. newscasts on WBZ and the 10 p.m. newscast on sister station WSBK.

In WBZ current news, starting Monday, September 2, Todd Gutner will be working the weekday morning shift, Barry Burbank will be the weekend morning meteorologist, Joe Joyce will be the weekend evening meteorologist and the new member of the WBZ Weather Team, Eric Fisher, will be the weekday evening meteorologist.
