No, Judy and Jerry Sheindlin are still married. However, in 1990, they divorced because of the death of Judy's father, reportedly because she was grieving from her father's death and needed time to herself.

According to People.com, when the two were drawn back together for holidays, birthdays—and therapy—it became clear that the divorce wouldn't last. After a year apart, in 1991, they remarried in the chambers of Jerry's former partner Herb Adlerberg.
