How do know if your pregnant?

Not Medical Advice: According to Parents.com, if you suspect you're pregnant, the most definite way to find out, is to take a pregnancy test.

But make sure to do this after you miss your period. That's because home pregnancy tests measure the level of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG), a pregnancy hormone, in your urine, and before your missed period, you may not have enough hCG for the test to pick up.

Not every woman has the same symptoms or even the same symptoms from one pregnancy to the next, but these signs and symptoms that can help clue you in, too:

  • Nausea
  • Tender, swollen bre@sts
  • Fatigue
  • Food aversions and cravings
  • Frequent urination
  • Constipation
  • Mood swings
  • Headaches and back pain
  • Dizziness and fainting
  • Spotting and Cramping
