Project Pat is still alive.
Project Pat is a Memphis rapper best known for Platinum-selling albums like 2000's "Mista Don't Play: Everythangs Workin.'" He became famous for his collaborations with Three 6 Mafia, including the single "Sippin' on Some Syrup."
He released his first album, "Ghetty Green," in 1999, though the album was not commercially successful. He received a four-year prison sentence for illegally possessing firearms in 2001.
Three 6 Mafia co-founder Project Pat is back. Last September 8, the Memphis rap legend drops his M.O.B. album, his first project since last year’s Street god 4 mixtape. _
M.O.B. is light on features, heavy on Pat. The two guests he does have are fellow Memphis representatives Young Dolph and Juicy J. Unsurprisingly, "Money," which is the Juicy-assisted lead single from the album, is one of the best songs on the project. Read more at xxlmag.com.
