Goldie Hawn got her break on the 1960s TV variety show Rowan & Martin's Laugh-In (1968-70). In 1967, she played the gossiping neighbor Sandy on the sitcom Good Morning, World.
She has also hosted several variety specials for CBS and ABC including The Goldie Hawn Special and Goldie and Liza Together. Her first TV special, Pure Goldie was aired on NBC.
Goldie went on to star in many films. Hawn won an Academy Award for her performance in 1969's Cactus Flower, and was nominated for an Oscar after starring in and producing 1980's Private Benjamin.
