Does red lobster take debit cards?

It seems that Red Lobster accepts debit cards. As per their 'Privacy Policy':

"When you visit one of our restaurants in Canada, you do not have to provide us with any Personal Information. However, if you use a credit or debit card to pay for your purchase, we collect your debit or credit card-related information and your signature in order to process and administer your payment.

When you purchase one of our gift cards on-line, we collect your name, the recipient’s name, the shipping and billing address(es) and phone number (or email address, for e-gift cards), credit card information (including CVV and expiration date), amount of the gift card, and the personal message you choose to provide. This information is used to process and fulfill your gift card order."
