As reported, The Weeknd has partnered with PUMA as a new Global Brand ambassador and creative collaborator.
Drawing on his laidback, streetwise style and swagger, the Academy Award nominated musician will make his PUMA debut as the headliner of PUMA’s “Run the Streets” Spotystyle campaign, which will be launching in November. In the campaign, The Weeknd will be rep PUMA’s newest Sportstyle products such as the IGNITE evoKNIT and Evo Apparel.
Following in the footsteps of Rihanna, Kylie Jenner, and Solange Knowles, the singer will work closely with the brand to design a line of sneakers and athletic wear due out in 2017, while also appearing as the face of brand’s new apparel and tech-focused Sportstyle campaign this fall.
