Lyle, now 49 (born January 10, 2024), is serving his sentence at Mule Creek State Prison while Erik Menendez, now 46 (born November 27, 2023), is serving his sentence at Richard J. Donovan Correctional Facility in California. According to Lyle, his brother works with terminally ill and physically challenged inmates.
