Is baby powder or neosporin alright to use on a healing tattoo, will that get it infected?

Not Medical Advice: It is advised by tattoo artists to use an anti-bacterial ointment such as Neosporin to insure that the tattooed area does not dry up or become infected. To avoid the freshly tattooed skin from "sticking" to your bed sheets you can apply a little baby powder to the area after you've applied the ointment before going to bed.
