The trick to this game is to copy exactly whatever the person does after the hand thing. Basically, you have to find a noob who has never seen this game before.
The teller of this riddle holds out his or her hand. She/he taps the tip of each finger moving from the pinky to the thumb, saying “Johnny” as each finger is tapped, and “whoops!” as she/he slides from the index to the thumb.
She/he then goes back the other way, the same pattern in reverse. All of this happens in rapid succession, so it sounds like, “Johnny, Johnny, Johnny, Johnny, whoops Johnny, whoops Johnny, Johnny, Johnny, Johnny, Johnny.”
The teller then folds his/her arms smugly or will do something unnoticeable (scratch their face, flick their hair, cough, sniffle, etc..).
If you don’t get this, it doesn’t matter; it’s all completely arbitrary (except for the gesture after they complete it). Your task is to repeat the motion exactly. You succeed if you mimic the gesture the same way that they did arms after doing the hand thing.
