Does Chilies require a drug test to work there?

Anecdotal sources suggest that Chili's does not require a drug test for their employees. The majority of the food industry business doesn't drug test.

While most private employers are not required to test for alcohol or drug use, there are some exceptions to this rule, like for example, transportation and other safety-sensitive industries, they are regulated by certain federal agencies such as the Federal Highway Administration, the Federal Aviation Administration, and the U.S. Coast Guard.
