Noble Willingham (born Noble Henry Willingham on August 31, 1931) played the character of C.D. Parker in Walker, Texas Ranger (1993 to 1999), he was born in Mineola, Texas.
Willingham began his professional acting career back in 1970, playing Grady in My Sweet Charlie. He went on to appear in such classics as Bonanza (1972), Gunsmoke (1973), and the Mary Tyler Moore Show (1974); all totaled he played 127 roles in his many decades career.
He appeared in two films after Walker, South of Heaven, West of Hell (2004), and Blind Horizon (2003). Sadly Willingham passed away on January 17, 2004 in Palm Springs, California; he died of natural causes at 72 years old.

In recent Walker news, St George News is reporting that Walker, Texas Ranger costar Clarence Gilyard will direct and participate in the 2015 Neil Simon Festival.
