The album was released on January 7, 2011, on Platinum Records with a 2011 Copyright held by Larry D. Brantley Jr. The dance was inspired by the 1989 comedy Weekend at Bernie's which starred Andrew McCarthy, Jonathan Silverman, and Catherine Mary Stewart
In the film a couple of losers attempt to pass off their murdered boss as actually being alive. As they cart and carry around the limp lifeless body of Bernie, however, the murderer, thinking that Bernie is still alive, aims to complete his task.
