Who said "the day you stop learning is the day you stop living"?

We weren't able to discover the name of the person credited with saying, "The day you stop learning is the day you stop living." Albert Einstein (March 14, 1879 – April 18, 1955) was quoted saying, "Once you stop learning, you start dying." He received the 1921 Nobel Prize in Physics.

Author Isaac Asimov (January 2, 1920 – April 6, 1992) was quoted saying, "The day you stop learning is the day you begin decaying." His most popular books include: Foundation, The End of Eternity, and The Gods Themselves.

Speaking of learning, the Department of Defense recently announced that it is reinstating its federal tuition program for many members of the U.S.'s armed forces. The news comes a little over month after benefits were cut. The Marines currently have 29,000 personnel receiving tuition assistance at an annual cost of $47 million. The Army has 201,000 enrolled in college and university programs at an annual cost of $373 million.
