The blonde stripper that danced for Rockhound, played by Steve Buscemi (born Steven Vincent Buscemi on December 13, 1957 in Brooklyn, New York City) in the film Armageddon (1998) was Molly Mounds.

Mounds was played by Layla Roberts (born Layla Harvest Roberts on October 22, 1974 in Kealakekua Kona, Hawaii), the daughter of an Italian father and a Native American mother from the Cherokee Nation.

She started out as a model, working in Paris, France, until she decided to move back to the U.S., choosing Los Angeles, California as her new home, where she was discovered by a talent scout for Elite Models.
