Who is the last guy in red in te avengers movie

The red guy you see during the ending credits of The Avengers is Thanos, the Mad Titan. Played by Damon Poitier, the character is responsible for Loki’s return to Earth. Thanos made his debut in the Marvel Comics title Iron Man #55 (February 1973).

Movie critics predict that Thanos will be the main villain in The Avengers 2, but aren’t certain if the Infinity Gauntlet formed by the six Infinity Gems will make it into the film at all.

A sequel to The Avengers was recently made official by Disney CEO Bob Iger. No timeline has been revealed to date. Kevin Feige says that Marvel Studios is interested in Joss Whedon returning as screenplay writer and director for the film.

Avenger-based attractions are also being planned for some of Disney’s theme parks.
