Yes, on Tuesday, June 12, 2012, police confirmed the death of a man at the Bonaroo music festival in Manchester, Tennessee.
23 year old Zachary J. Shuck was flown to Centennial Hospital (from the Manchester Medical Center) in Nashville on June 7, 2012 after he was found unconscious at the festival; he was pronounced dead later that day.
This marks the 11th death to occur at the festival since its start in 2002; most have been attributed to drug overdoses, but heat has also been a factor in some of the deaths (temperatures in Tennessee often climb into the 90s in June).
