Where can i find a book to study for food safety specialist exam
The National Environmental Health Association (NEHA) recommends utilizing their study material when preparing for the Certified Professional–Food Safety (CP-FS) credential.
They offer study material in the form of a video review course, printed study guide or a more in depth study guide package. Although not required by the NEHA, there are other published sources of information about Food Safety available online and through book retailers.
The NEHA was founded in 1937 to develop standards in the environmental health industry, and established the Registered Environmental Health Specialist or Registered Sanitarian (REHS/RS) credential. They have since developed more specialized credentials.
The USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service also offers downloadable training materials for the food inspection industry.
