Vineyard Church of Wheeling held its Easter egg hunt on Saturday, April 12.
According to reports, the event attracts thousands of kids to Wheeling Park and it was a success Saturday. There were two egg hunts, one at 10 a.m. and one at noon. The hunts were divided between three different fields for different age groups. Each hunter was given a pound of candy to take home.

In the news, the White House announces the program, activities, and talent line-up for the 2014 White House Easter Egg Roll, a tradition in its 136th year and the largest annual public event at the White House.
The Easter Egg Roll will take place Monday, April 21, on the South Lawn of the White House and in support of the First Lady’s Let’s Move! initiative is focused on promoting health and wellness with the theme, “Hop into Healthy, Swing into Shape.” The event will feature live music, sports courts, cooking stations, storytelling and, of course, Easter egg rolling.
