What’s a really good protein based diet?
Not Medical Advice: The Dukan Diet is a 4 phase high-protein, low-calorie, low-carbohydrate diet. Enjoy oat bran and protein in all phases. In the 1st you’ll only eat protein. Add veggies in the 2nd, and then add fruits and grains in the 3rd. Maintain weight in the 4th (stabilization) by following rules learned in the other phases. You may experience constipation, bad breath, dry mouth, and fatigue as a result of this high protein, low carb diet.
