A 19.0mm capsule shaped gold/white pill with the imprint KU on the front, and 118 on the back of it is 20mg of Omeprazole delayed release (made by Kremers Urban).
Omeprazole delayed release is a proton pump inhibitor that is used to treat GERD, Barrett's esophagus, stomach ulcer, erosive esophagitis, and indigestion, among other illnesses. There is a low risk of abuse with this drug which is available both OTC and through a prescription.
