"Poor Little Tink Tink" is a bit from Katt William's DVD called It’s Pimpin, Pimpin. It refers to the South African runner Oscar Pistorius.
Oscar Pistorius, also known as "Blade Runner", became the first amputee runner to compete at an Olympic Games on August 4, 2012. He took second place in the first heat of the 400 metres race. He finished eighth in the second semi-final, but failed to qualify for the 400 metre final.
Despite the disqualification, Oscar Pistorius has been dubbed the hero of the London 2012 Olympics, proving that he is not, in fact, "Poor Little Tink Tink".
