Gabriel Iglesias is currently dating and living with Claudia Valdez, along with her son named Frankie in Whittier, California. He often references her, as well as his weight in many of his stand-up comedy routines.

Iglesias donates much of his time performing for different charities and also speaks about the importance of staying in school to high school students all over the country. The city of El Paso, Texas presented him with a key to their city for all of his good deeds earlier this year. More recently, he held a benefit show for one of the shooting victims of the tragedy that took place at an Aurora, Colorado movie theater.
