In the 1st phase eat only protein (lose 7 lbs. in 5 days). In the 2nd phase add veggies (lose 2 lbs. a week). Fruits and grains are added to the 3rd phase. The final phase requires the following of portions of the other phases to prevent weight regain. Some scientists claim that the diet can potentially lead to osteoporosis and kidney damage.
