What is the biggest crocodile and alligator ever caught?

The world's largest crocodile was caught in September 2011 in the Philippines. It took 100 men to pull the crocodile out of the water. It measured 21 feet from snout to tail. He weighs 2,369 lbs and was named Lolong.

The largest alligator was caught in 2007 in Florida. Named Big-T, he weighed more than 800 lbs and was measured at 13 ft 8 in long. He was moved to an alligator farm in Alabama where the owner said he resembled a scaled down version of a T-Rex.
