What is Hardee's recipe for the sauce on their mushroom & swiss burger?
Hardees has not released the exact sauce recipe used in their Mushroom & Swiss burger. There are great copycat recipes for it, though.
A popular recipe calls for 1 can Campbell’s golden mushrooms soup, 1 can sliced mushrooms (or 8oz package of sauteed fresh sliced mushrooms), and 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce for the sauce. Let them simmer in a pan until hot and the mushrooms are tender.
To flavor the burgers like Hardees sprinkle the burgers with a mixture of 1/2 teaspoon Accent seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon Lawry’s Seasoned Salt, and 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper.
