A round white pill with the imprint M on the front, and G4 on the back of it is 1mg of Guanfacine hydrochloride (made by Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc.).

Guanfacine hydrochloride is a centrally acting antiadrenergic agent that is used to treat high blood pressure, and ADHD.
