What is a walmart prepaid visa card?
The Walmart prepaid Visa card is a prepaid debit card called the "Walmart MoneyCard," that features the Visa logo. It is not a credit card, and should not be confused with one and you do not need a credit account in order to have one. Instead of credit, the balance of the card is dependent on how much money you place in the account. You can only use the card up to the amount stored in the account, once that is exhausted you can't use it again until you add more money to it.
