What is a small oblong light green pill that says L2 on it?

Not Medical Advice: A green, oval-shape pill with L2 imprint has been identified as Loperamide hydrochloride 2 mg.

According to Drugs.com, loperamide belongs to the group of drugs called antidiarrheals. It slows the rhythm of digestion so that the small intestines have more time to absorb fluid and nutrients from the foods you eat.

Loperamide is used to treat diarrhea and lymphocytic colitis. It is not a controlled substance under the Controlled Substance Act (CSA).
