What is a kid chatline
A kid chatline or chatroom is a virtual place where kids are safe to talk to other kids. One of the most popular websites where kids can chat is Kidzworld (http://www.kidzworld.com). The website first opened up in July of 2001, and billed itself as "first safe kids social network for Tweens, kids ages 9 - 14."
