A blue oblong (capsule shaped) pill with the imprint of “93” above an imprint of “5256” is 300mg of Clindamycin Hydrochloride. The same color and shape with an imprint of “TEVA” on one half of the capsule and “5256” on the other half is also 300mg of Clindamycin Hydrochloride.

Clindamycin is marketed under the brand name Cleocin. It is used to treat serious bacterial infections. It is an antibiotic and as such carries the advisory that the full dose should be taken as prescribed for the full duration of the prescription even if symptoms go away sooner.
