What does the term "12 nigga 12" mean as used in the ghetto cranbrook deer video?

“12” is a slang term for “police”. Saying or yelling “12” is a warning that police are nearby and/or approaching. In the youtube video “Ghetto Cranbrook Deer” the term “12” is used either in this way or to imply that the deer is being violent like police can be violent at times. This implication is the suggestion of some internet viewers of the video.

The term “12” being an announcement of police presence is thought to be a reference to the late-60s/70s police drama Adam-12. “Adam” is police lingo for a car with two officers and “12” was their car number. A similar example can be found in the slang term “Five-O” that has an identical meaning. This also came from a television show, the 70s police drama Hawaii Five-O.

The “Ghetto Cranbrook Deer” youtube video shows a deer and its fawn in a suburban video encountering a cat and dog. Voiceover was added to make it appear like a love triangle gone bad. The video has received over 5 million views.
