We can't find stats for that exact question, but we were able to find which countries reported having sex the most often which we may be able to extrapolate into which country has the most horny women.

Durex did a survey across 26 countries, doing 26,000 interviews and found the country with people reporting the most sexual activity is Greece; 87% of those surveyed responded that they had sex at least once every week.

Just behind Greece was Brazil; 82% of the people surveyed from Brazil reported having sex at least once per week.

In third place was Russia, 80% of respondents said they had sex at least once per week.

Japan was in last place, only 34% of those surveyed said they had sex at least once per week.

As for the United States, only 53% of those surveyed said they had sex at least once per week; Trojan released a study in mid July of this year that said that within the U.S. residents of Miami have the most sex, with an average of 177 encounters per year.

For those seeking hookups online, Spain apparently ranks as number 1 for women seeking encounters via the internet.
