Wat is the plot of the dark knight rises ?

The Dark Knight Rises picks up 8 years after the events of The Dark Knight (2008), with Batman returning to Gotham. The villains featured in the film will be Selina Kyle, played by Anne Hathaway, and Bane, played by Tom Hardy.

Although the exact plot details have not been revealed, Christopher Nolan has said that his inspiration came from three Batman comic books series. They are Knightfall (1993), The Dark Knight Returns (1986) and No Man’s Land (1999).

Warner Brothers confirmed that Liam Neesom’s character Ra’s al Ghul from Batman Begins will be making an appearance in The Dark Knight Rises, but they have not confirmed his level of involvement. The film is scheduled to be released on July 20, 2012.
