Was steve buscemi in pulp fiction?
Yes! Mia Wallace’s and Vincent Vega’s Jack Rabbit Slims’ waiter in Pulp Fiction was Steve Buscemi dressed as Buddy Holly. Buscemi was originally cast as Jimmie Dimmick, but due to scheduling conflicts Quentin Tarantino filled the role himself.
Interestingly enough, Buscemi’s character in Tarantino’s film, Reservoir Dogs, complained about how he would never tip seemingly incompetent restaurant wait staff.
The third season of Boardwalk Empire starring Buscemi as a corrupt Atlantic City politician is scheduled to premiere on HBO on September 16, 2012.
He also stars in the Monsters, Inc. (2001) prequel Monster University with Billy Crystal and John Goodman. The theatrical release date is June 21, 2013.
