Country music singer Kenny Rogers did not die of heart failure, and is still alive. He was born on August 21, 1938 in Houston, TX, which makes him 73 years old. His career has been active since he was 19, when he recorded the song “That Crazy Feeling” in 1958. He has had numerous No. 1 singles on the country music charts, and hit No. 1 on the pop charts with 1980’s “Lady” and 1983’s “Islands in the Stream” (a duet with Dolly Parton).
