No, Joe Rogan (born Joseph J. Rogan on August 11, 1967 in Newark, New Jersey) is not related to Dr. Phil (born Phillip Calvin McGraw on September 1, 1950 in Vinita, Oklahoma).

McGraw has two children with his current wife Robin McGraw (married August 14, 1976): Jay McGraw (born in 1979) and Jordan McGraw (born in 1986). He was previously married to Debbie Higgins McCall from November 27, 1970 until they divorced in 1973; they had no children together.

Some people have also mistaken actor and comedian Bryan Callen (born Bryan Christopher Callen on January 26, 1967 in Manila, Philippines) as Rogan's brother due to Joe referring to him as his "brother from another mother." He really just meant that they are very very close friends, like brothers.

Mikey Way and Gerard Way from My Chemical Romance are related to Rogan, though. They are the sons of Joe's mother's cousin.
