Is it possible that students at Boarding Schools when teachers put students in the workplace and they cannot find really much to do in this tough economy when it was never their fault are breaking rules because of Osama bin Laden?

It's highly unlikely. At the end, fault would always fall into the individual, as he or she was the one who made that choice. There are productive things to do.
