The silver car with the black racing stripes in the film 21 Jump Street is a Cheverolet Camaro Z-28; we're not sure of the year, but it looks to be a 1970 to 1972 model.
Howstuffworks.com calls the 1970 model "simply the best all-around Z28 ever built. It was a muscle car that had come into its own."
The movie, staring Jonah Hill, Channing Tatum, and Ice Cube, was released on March 16, 2012, and cost an estimated $42,000,000 to produce; it brought in over $36,000,000 over its opening weekend.
