I just heard that one of the brothers(Mitchell Guist) on Swamp People died.How old was he & Glen?
Mitchell Guist from Swamp People died in May 2012 at the reported age of 48, a few days before his 49th birthday (some media outlets list his age as 47). Glenn’s age is not reported, but he is Mitchell’s older brother.
Mitchell allegedly fell on his boat while traveling on Louisiana’s Intracoastal Waterway. A preliminary autopsy states he died of “natural causes.”
The History Channel has stated that they are uncertain whether or not Glenn will be returning to Swamp People without his brother. They are concerned for Glenn’s well-being, as he has lived with Mitchell his whole life leading up to his death.
