I am a 17 year old girl. I have a very low calorie diet (about 1000 a day) and excercise almost every day. Why am I continuously gaining weight.
Not medical exercise. It takes time. Expend more energy that what you consume. Diets are temporary. Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day.
