How was the actress Candace Hutson, who voiced Cera in the land before time movies, killed?

Candace Hutson who voiced Cera the triceratops in the theatrical release of The Land Before Time (1988), and the straight-to-video The Land Before Time II: The Great Valley Adventure (1994), The Land Before Time III: The Time of Great Giving (1995), and The Land Before Time IV: Journey Through the Mists (1996) seems to have fallen off the celebrity radar completely but according to a number of message board posts she is not dead.

Hutson was the last of the original cast to leave after The Land Before Time IV: Journey Through the Mists (1996). She was replaced by Andi McAfee as the voice of Cera for the remaining The Land Before Time movies and a short-lived television series.

Some sources suggest that she now goes by the last name Ririe and lives in the Savannah, Georgia area where she was gifted a house in 2004.

The Land Before Time (1988) recently resurfaced in the media criticized in a list of films that inaccurately represent prehistoric times. Other films on the list include Ice Age (2002), The Flintstones (1994), Year One (2009), 1 Million Years BC (1966), Prometheus (2012), and Quartermass & The Pit (1967).
